Payment

Payment can be made by debit or credit card through my website using Paypal.  You do not have to have a paypal account to do this.

If you prefer you can pay by cheque, just email or phone me.

Delivery

When I have received your order I will contact you to let you know how long the order will take.

All jewellery is sent by special delivery, a signature is required for the package.

Returns

If the items you receive are not to your satisfaction you must contact me within seven working days by email or phone and I will advise you how to return the package and claim a refund.

A refund will only be given if I receive the items back in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  Please post by special delivery.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the items being returned are faulty.

In accordance with Health and Hygiene Regulations I can only accept earrings back if they are in a faulty condition.
